early closureinflexible service
the bar closed quite early at 10 pm, a disappointment. i also asked about room service for a bottle of wine and was told no by the chap on front desk. this inflexibility was unexpected (i would have thought they could make some arrangement). the hotel restaurant was also closed on monday, preventing its use.

My room was a good size! It was also very clean. The bed was comfortable too. Breakfast had a good choice of buffet style options.

poor gardensself-service drinks
The gardens outside were a letdown. It looked more like council grounds than hotel gardens. the room was clean but not worth the price we paid for two nights. also, they did not offer to add drinks to our room bill, inconvenient since my wife didn't have payment at the bar. tea and coffee at breakfast were self-service with teabags and warm water from an urn. I expected freshly boiled water.

The staff greeted me with warm smiles and efficient service, i was happy. i had a spacious ensuite room. It featured a very comfortable, large double bed. the buffet breakfast offered a nice variety of choices, perfect for starting the day. Ample parking space was available, i found this very convenient.
The windows rattled a bit during the night. This probably calls for some updates.

the location was superb. A short walk led directly to the town centre, i found this excellent. the seafront area provided nice views, and nearby shops added convenience.

the staff displayed friendliness. they provided prompt assistance. Requests were handled quickly and efficiently, i appreciate it. the reception desk operated smoothly, and check-in was very easy.

The properly was beautiful! my room was much bigger than expected and a 5 min walk took me to the beach. i also took advantage of the onsite spa for £15 an hour and i felt so relaxed afterwards. Onsite parking was a bonus. the staff were kind! it's a gem of a hotel, and i will revisit.
carpets had some stains, and i saw splash marks up the wall near the lower part of the bed.

The staff was very attentive during breakfast. They ensured all guests had what they needed. reception provided quick assistance with directions and local information. their friendly manner created a cute atmosphere.

breakfast offered a good choice of items, from standard options to special orders from the menu. the restaurant provided a relaxed setting, ideal for a leisurely meal. the food was well prepared and presented.

Spa facilities were accessible at a great price. the hotel provides convenient onsite parking . lift access made it easy to reach all floors. This feature particularly helped with luggage.

The hotel is very close to the beach and many restaurants. This made exploring the area simple. the train station is within easy walking distance, allowing convenient travel. a bus stop outside the hotel offers further transport options.
